Scrum Master
Join our team as a Scrum Master and help us achieve outstanding results in project management and software development. We are looking for an experienced specialist who is ready to support and implement the Scrum and Agile methodology in our projects, as well as train teams in the principles and practices of Agile. If you have deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile, have experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, and are ready to breathe new life into our development, we are looking forward to your candidacy.
Key tasks:
- Develop and support Agile methodologies in the development team, namely Scrum and OKR frameworks (required roles, meetings and artifacts);
- Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality;
- Remove obstacles and blockers (organizational, technical or resource) that the team faces;
- Build and support the onboarding process for new Scrum team members;
- Organize and ensure communication with interested parties (stakeholders), removing barriers if necessary;
- Develop tools to determine team performance, monitor performance and improve metrics;
- Assist the team in setting and understanding the customer’s business goals, creating high-value increments;
- Assist in the processes of decomposition and assessment of tasks, updating and prioritizing the backlog, maintaining working documentation, identifying dependencies.
We expect from candidates:
- General knowledge of the IT subject area;
- Knowledge of Agile family methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, OKR (certificate is welcome)
- Knowledge of the basics of Project Management (certificate is welcome)
- Communication skills, the ability to have an open dialogue at all levels, clearly express thoughts and correctly convey information, the ability to work in a team and build cross-functional interaction;
- Ability to structure all incoming information and highlight the main thing, ability to work independently to make decisions, result orientation
- High organizational skills, ability to plan and cope with multiple tasks, event facilitation and coaching skills, conflict resolution
- The ability to analyze risks and prevent them while having a positive mindset (focus on what can be achieved, and not on what cannot be achieved)
- Experience in Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Google Slides, FigJam, Figma and more;
- Responsibility, decency, creative mind, proactivity, tendency to self-development, stress resistance, composure in difficult negotiations;
It will be a plus:
- Experience as a Scrum Master;
- International certificates;
- Psychological education and practice;
- Experience working with IT projects;
- English language (level from B2).

- Official employment on a contract basis in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus with a paid probationary period of 3 months;
